 Kindergarten Registration

Thursday, April 23

12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

 

Please bring your child to register for the 2015-2016 school year. Remember that your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2015. We look forward to meeting you and your child.

 

The following paperwork is needed for registration:

  1. child’s birth certificate
  2. proof of residence
  3. shot records
  4. child’s social security number
  5. physical (if completed)
